“I would recommend Infinity Rose Events Co and Jenna to anyone and everyone who needs a wedding planner/coordinator. Before the wedding we had multiple meetings which helped me stay organized and make sure I was getting everything done that I needed to. She always had our best interest in mind when making plans which was so nice since we had never planned an event like this, and it’s easy for vendors to take advantage of that. I never once felt stress on my wedding day even though it rained up until 15 minutes before the outdoor ceremony. Jenna set everything up and executed my vision perfectly! She was even holding an umbrella over me and the photographers as we were taking pictures in the rain. She always made sure we were having a good time during the reception as well and ensured we ate and always had a drink, which we SO appreciated. We and our families rave about how perfect and smooth everything was and how we all got to actually have fun instead of stressing about setting up, cleaning up, and making sure things ran on time. My wedding day was perfect and it was because of the amazing work of jenna and her team. I knew I could come up to any of them at any point and they’d help me with anything I needed. “If you don't want to worry about anything on your wedding day, Infinity Rose is the way to go. I'm a bit of a control freak and I decided to plan my wedding, I knew I didn't want something too big or extra but whatever I had I wanted it to be my creation. I hired Infinity Rose for day of coordination, but they helped me find vendors and gave me ideas on how to plan the itinerary. For my wedding day, I was completely hands off from the time I walked into the venue to start wedding ready. I was able to enjoy my wedding day and didn't worry about a thing. She was very knowledgeable on our venue, and had great connections and relationships with all of our vendors. Communication was great throughout the whole wedding planning process, with timely responses to any questions we had, and continuous checkups throughout the months leading to our wedding.
She was very accommodating to our situation that we lived very far from Tulsa, so almost everything we did was virtual until right before the wedding, where she scored a final venue walk through for us to get last minute layouts figured out. As for the day of the wedding Jenna and her team got the wedding we dreamed of set up! The wedding ceremony and reception went exactly as planned, and my (now) wife and I did not have to sweat any of the details.
